• A Debit or Credit card for payment of the valuation fee. A Standard Valuation report is €185.00.

• Your lender’s mortgage reference number, which is contained within your approval letter or available from your Advisor.

• If you are purchasing the property or if you are going to use this property for rental purposes, you must provide the Building Energy Rating (BER) details. Sales agents or lettings agents must provide this information to you. Your rights : www.seai.ie

Important Notice: Failure to provide accurate information will result in delays and could lead to the production of an incorrect valuation report. Once you have submitted this form, any subsequent change to correct this information or to amend a valuation report will cost an addition €50.00.
